'Cairo agreement void' 
Iran says the IAEA’s approval of a U-S and European-drafted resolution against its nuclear program formally ends an earlier agreement reached with the nuclear watchdog in Cairo. Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated that Iran has officially informed the Director General of the Agency that the agreement is no longer valid and is considered terminated. He emphasized that the anti-Iranian resolution has undermined the credibility and independence of the Agency, as well as its interactions and cooperation with Iran. Araghchi also said the resolution disregarded Iran’s engagement and good faith in cooperation with the agency. Earlier, Iran’s permanent representative to the UN in Vienna, in a statement, denounced the resolution as a political and unconstructive measure against the country’s peaceful nuclear program.

Israel deadly Gaza strikes 

Israel continues to violate the fragile ceasefire in Gaza, as the regime conducts almost daily strikes across the strip, killing more Palestinians An Israeli drone attack in Abasan al-Kabira, near Khan Younis, has killed another Palestinian, the second such death in the area today. In nearby Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis, three more Palestinians were killed in fresh strikes. These attacks follow Wednesday’s deadly assault on Khan Younis and Gaza City, where at least 30 Palestinians, including 17 children, lost their lives. Since the truce took effect in the Gaza strip, Israel has carried out more than 400 violations, killing over 300 Palestinians. the US-Israeli genocidal war which started in October 2023, has left over 69,500 Palestinians dead.

Ukraine peace plan controversary  

Tensions are rising between 
the US and Europe amid reports that Washington and Moscow have prepared a new framework to end the war in Ukraine. Sources say the American proposal would require Ukraine to cede territory and limit its armed forces—conditions long viewed by Kiev's European allies as unacceptable. Meeting in Brussels, EU foreign ministers said Ukrainians do not want any form of capitulation. The EU’s foreign policy chief said that for any plan to work, it would need to have Ukrainians and Europeans on board. Neither Washington nor Moscow have commented on the reported proposals.
