South Korean civic activists have protested a US demand for their country to join Washington’s war on Iran and send forces to the Strait of Hormuz.

They have called on President Lee Jae-myung to reject any such move. More than a hundred activists rallied and marched past the US embassy to the Blue House, South Korea’s presidential office.
