Water supply fully restored in Hormozgan's Sirik after US strikes
Sirik, a city in Iran's southern province of Hormozgan along the shores of the Persian Gulf, ranks among the places that endured some of the most devastating US attacks.
One such attack resulted in the destruction of a water reservoir in a city where access to water remains a critical issue, directly striking the lives, health, and well-being of its residents.
During the enemy's attacks on Sirik's civilian infrastructure, the city's water reservoirs came under direct attack twice.
One reservoir was completely destroyed, while the other sustained damage and was put out of service.

But this is Iran and Sirik embodies the spirit of Iran, the spirit that knows no surrender.
It has endured the enemy's fire in pursuit of freedom and independence, risen to its feet after every blow, and continued to press forward.
Sirik's emergency response and crisis management teams moved into action immediately, taking the necessary measures to restore the city's water supply and reconnect around 20,000 residents who had been affected.

In the eyes of Iranians, the targeting of Sirik's water reservoir has laid bare the true nature of their country's enemies.
The people of Sirik will indeed never be the same again.

The enemy believes that by targeting civilian infrastructure, it can instill fear among us, but that is a grave miscalculation. We will remain steadfast, and the swift restoration of Sirik’s water supply stands as clear evidence of that resolve.

Attacks on civilian infrastructure and the deliberate targeting of people's lives and well-being have left an uglier image of the US than ever before in the minds of Iranians and people around the world.
The real question, however, is whether international organizations and world leaders will have the courage and integrity to condemn such attacks.
