All resistance fighters standing by Hezbollah stronger than ever: IRGC Quds Force chief

Brigadier General Esmail Qa'ani, commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC)

The chief commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has categorically dismissed Israeli propaganda aimed at downplaying Hezbollah's power, while underlining regional resistance forces' all-out support for the movement.

In a message on Monday, Brigadier General Esmail Qa'ani wrote, "The heroic resistance of Hezbollah in Lebanon has proven that the narratives being communicated by the child-killing Zionist regime claiming the end of resistance and the destruction of Hezbollah are nothing but lies."

"The [entire] arenas of resistance are standing by the heroic Hezbollah's side stronger and more cohesively than ever," he added.

The comments came amid the regime's continued violations of a 10-day ceasefire announced earlier this month, which has been met with steadfast retaliation on the part of Hezbollah.

Tel Aviv has simultaneously been trying to pressure Lebanon to act towards Hezbollah's disarmament, besides spreading propaganda alleging weakening of the movement's firepower and resolve, only to be faced with the group's unequivocal rebuttal of such claims.

Qa'ani noted how the campaign targeting Hezbollah has featured "spending exorbitant costs as well as deploying extensive human and military resources." The regime has also been "wasting American taxpayers’ money" in its efforts to undermine Hezbollah, the commander added, referring to the expenditure allocated by the United States to support Tel Aviv's aggression towards Lebanon.

However, "the Zionist regime is more helpless and frustrated than ever against the resourcefulness and steadfastness of Lebanon’s valiant youth," he stated.

The commander noted that the regime had, over the past years, stopped short of successfully ending all the wars it has initiated, referring to it as "the great loser" and the "humiliated party" of those episodes of aggression.
