Yemen support for Gaza
Yemen has fired another missile at the occupied Palestinian territories, triggering sirens across several Israeli settlements and forcing settlers to seek shelter. Yemeni army spokesman Yahya Saree announced that a military site in the occupied Yaffa region was targeted by a hypersonic ballistic missile, named Palestine-2. He stated that the missile successfully reached its target and the regime was unable to intercept it. Saree reaffirmed Yemen's continued support for the Palestinian people until the aggression against Gaza ends and the siege is lifted. Earlier, Israeli sources reported a missile strike from Yemen, triggering sirens in over 100 settlements across the occupied territories, including in Al-Quds, Modi’in, and the Negev region. The Israeli military confirmed the launch, claiming the missile was intercepted by air defenses.
US-Israeli genocide in Gaza
The Israeli military continues to slaughter more Palestinians in Gaza as its air and artillery strikes pound the blockaded territory indiscriminately. In one of the deadliest attacks, at least 11 people, including children, were killed and several others injured after Israeli warplanes bombed a residential building in Khan Yunis. Several other Palestinians were killed in separate Israeli strikes targeting the southern city. Other areas in Gaza, including Beit Lahia in the north and the al-Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City, were also the scene of deadly Israeli airstrikes. The Israeli artillery also shelled a number of areas across Gaza, leaving an unknown number of Palestinians dead and injured. According to the Gaza health ministry, more than 52,400 Palestinians have been killed since the regime began its genocidal campaign in October 2023. Over 118,000 others have been injured.
Irasn nuclear program
Iran's foreign minister has reaffirmed the country’s right to possess the full nuclear fuel cycle as a founding signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. In a social media post, Abbas Araghchi said that several NPT signatories enrich uranium while completely rejecting nuclear weapons. He said this group includes countries from Asia, Europe, and South America. Araghchi’s remarks came a day after US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Iran must ‘walk away' from uranium enrichment, arguing that only countries with nuclear weapons engage in such activities. Araghchi dismissed the claim as a 'repetition of falsehoods', asserting that such rhetoric does not alter basic facts. He highlighted that maximalist positioning and incendiary rhetoric achieve nothing except eroding the chances of success.
