English Premier League: Liverpool 2-1 Fulham

Liverpool's Sadio Mane has scored one goal and played a crucial part in the other as they reclaimed the Premier League's top spot with a 2-1 win at lowly Fulham.

Mane scored his ninth league goal in as many games in the first half, but Fulham equalized in the 74th minute after Ryan Babel take advantage of a defensive error.

Liverpool retook the lead 9 minutes from time. They were awarded a penalty after Mane was brought down in the box and James Milner stepped up to strike home the winner. Liverpool top the league with 76 points, two more than champions Manchester City who have a game in hand.
