MoU non-negotiable if talks resume
In this edition of Unscripted, Kaveh Taghvai interviews Majid Shakeri, the economic advisor to Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, Iran's Parliament Speaker and head of Iran's negotiating team, regarding indirect talks with the US.
Shakeri was one of the members of Iran’s 86-person Iranian team who went to Pakistan. As such, he is familiar with the MoU, the 14-point plan. And hopefully today, we can get an idea as to where things stand regarding the MoU, if it is still on Iran’s agenda to return back to it.
