The twelfth phase of Iran’s Army Operation Saeqeh has been successfully completed in retaliation for recent US attacks on southern Iran.

The Public Relations Office of the Iranian Army announced in a statement on Friday that the latest phase targeted US military bases and facilities in Kuwait using combat drones.

"In the twelfth phase of Operation Saeqeh, the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, hours ago, targeted the support centers of the terrorist US military in Kuwait with loitering drones," the statement said.

The Army added that Arash loitering drones struck positions hosting US forces as well as logistical support centers for the "terrorist and child-killing US military."

It said the operation was carried out in retaliation for the enemy's crimes and "to avenge the pure blood of the martyrs of this homeland."

The statement further stressed that the Iranian Armed Forces remain fully prepared to confront any threat.

"Relying on our history, popular support, experience, and combat readiness, we stand vigilant and resolute against any pressure or threat. We are certain that this ancient land and the historic, heroic nation of Iran, with divine support, will ultimately prevail over the malicious and deceitful enemy," it said.

The Army noted that in the previous phase of Operation Saeqeh, US military logistics infrastructure in Bahrain had also been targeted.

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) also announced that its Aerospace Force had launched the eleventh wave of Operation Nasr 2 in response to continued US aggression.

According to the IRGC, the surprise attack targeted the enemy's special operations command center in the al-Tanf region of Syria, destroying a radar system and several special operations helicopters while killing a large number of US forces.

The IRGC reiterated that Iranian forces maintain full control over the Strait of Hormuz, warning that as long as US hostilities continue, "not a single drop of oil or gas" will be allowed to pass through the strategic waterway.

The retaliatory operations came in response to recent US airstrikes on military positions and civilian infrastructure across southern Iran.

According to Hormozgan Governorate, continued US attacks on the southern province on Thursday and into the early hours of Friday struck at least six bridges.

The targeted infrastructure included the Geriveh Bridge on the Bandar Abbas–Khamir–Lar route; the bridge near Latidan (Kalmatali village) on the return route between Bandar Abbas, Khamir, and Lar; two bridges on the Kahourestan–Lar road; an unfinished bridge on the Bandar Khamir–Keshar–Bandar Abbas route; and the Marou village bridge in Khamir County.

Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences said the death toll from the attacks on the Bandar Khamir bridges has risen to seven, while nine others were injured and remain under medical treatment.

In another attack on a residential neighborhood in the port city of Bandar Abbas, at least one civilian was killed and eight others were injured.

US forces also struck the city's railway junction, injuring two people. Explosions were also reported near Bandar Abbas Airport, with at least one projectile hitting the facility.

US strikes additionally targeted Iranshahr Airport in southeastern Iran, where three explosions were heard around the airport. The attacks injured at least one person and damaged the airport's power infrastructure and fuel storage facilities.

The latest assaults marked the sixth consecutive night of terrorist US attacks on Iran.

According to Iran's Health Ministry, at least 35 civilians, including women and children, have been killed and more than 300 others injured since the latest wave of US strikes began.

The United States escalated tensions after Iran's Navy foiled illegal vessel movements through the Strait of Hormuz that violated the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signed on June 17.
