Despite the hardships of more than two years of Israeli war, Palestinians in Gaza remain devoted to their faith and religious practices, defying what they describe as Israeli attempts to undermine their beliefs.
On Wednesday, a ceremony was held in central Gaza to honor dozens of children who had memorized the Holy Quran.
