Newly revealed legal documents reported by Israeli media suggest the regime is moving toward establishing a permanent military base in Jenin, inside an area designated as Area A under the Oslo framework.
The reported plan has drawn attention because it could mark a significant shift in the military presence within parts of the occupied West Bank.
