Iran charted an impressive, undefeated path to the gold medal. During the group stage, the team defeated Pakistan with a score of 38-28, secured a 47-31 victory over Bangladesh, and achieved a dominant 53-30 win against Syria.
Advancing to the semifinal, Iran overcame Sri Lanka by a margin of 42-29, setting the stage for their triumphant 44-30 victory against India in the final match.
This commanding performance on the sand marks Iran's second overall gold medal at the ongoing Sanya Games.

Hosted by the coastal city of Sanya in China's Hainan province, the Sixth Asian Beach Games is a premier multi-sport event organized by the Olympic Council of Asia.
Originally slated for late 2020 before facing global postponements, the Games were designed to bring together approximately 2,000 athletes from more than 40 Asian nations.
These competitors gather to vie for medals across 14 diverse sporting disciplines—ranging from beach kabaddi and beach volleyball to surfing and open water swimming.
The competitions opened on April 22 and will wrap up on April 30.
