Learning amid Gaza's ruins

In Khan Younis, a funeral was held for 25 members of one family after their bodies were finally recovered from beneath the rubble of their home, destroyed in an Israeli airstrike two years ago. The funeral took place amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement. In one of the latest attacks, Israeli forces targeted the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, killing one Palestinian teenager and injuring a young man. Another Palestinian was also killed in an Israeli attack on northern Gaza. In southern Gaza, Israeli jets carried out multiple strikes on eastern Khan Yunis. The death toll from Israeli attacks on Gaza now stands at nearly 80,000. This, as the humanitarian situation in the besieged Palestinian territory continues to worsen by the hour. On Thursday, fuel shortages and a power outage crippled Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp, further deepening the crisis.

Resistance retaliates

A series of Palestinian operations has struck multiple areas in the northern Israeli-occupied territories, causing casualties. Israeli media reported that combined operations unfolded in three separate areas, leaving at least two settlers dead and six others wounded. The assaults began in the southern Galilee region, where, in the first stage, an Israeli settler died of knife wounds. During his escape in Beisan, the assailant used a vehicle to run over several settlers, with some of the injured now reported to be in critical condition. Following a chase, the attacker was injured in a direct confrontation with regime forces. Hamas resistance movement hailed the operation, describing it as a natural response to the Israeli regime’s crimes in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The Islamic Jihad has also commended the operation as heroic, emphasizing that it was in response to the regime’s policy of continuous aggression against Palestinians.

"War with Israel inevitable"

The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement has condemned Israel for its daily attacks against Palestinians despite the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. Speaking on the occasion of the first Friday of the Muslim month of Rajab, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi denounced the systematic torture of Palestinian detainees and forced displacement in both Gaza and the occupied West Bank. The Ansarullah leader also condemned Israel’s exploitation of Palestinian natural resources. He slammed a Major Israeli-Egyptian gas deal, saying that it is being stolen from Palestinians. The Yemeni leader also commented on the disarmament of the resistance, stressing that weapons of resistance are the only thing that can protect the people against the US and Israeli aggression. He said Muslim nations must be alert, noting that the Israeli regime openly declares it is advancing its expansionist plans for a greater Israel. Warning of an inevitable war, Yemen’s leader urged Muslim nations to stay alert as Israel openly advances expansionist plans.
