Iran combat readiness
Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps says the country’s armed forces are fully prepared to swiftly respond to the Zionist regime's likely future aggression. Speaking alongside the Army Chief, Major General Mohammad Pakpour emphasized that the morale of IRGC fighters remains at its peak and coordination across military forces is stronger than ever. He stressed that Israel witnessed the promised hell in the final days of the recent 12-day war that shifted the strategic calculations of the regime. Army commander General Hatami also echoed the same, calling Israel a threat to regional and global peace. He praised the army and the IRGC as a divine force committed to defending the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Gaza genocide raging
The Israeli regime presses ahead with its genocidal war on Gaza, killing more Palestinian civilians. Another attack targeted Gaza’s only Catholic Church, resulting in the killing of two women. The attack on Latin Monastery church also injured several displaced people as well as the parish priest. The strike sparked reaction from Pope Leo who's urged an immediate ceasefire. Hamas has condemned the attack. Since the onset of Israel’s genocide in October 2023, over 58,700 Palestinians have been killed and more than 140,000 injured. Most of the casualties are women and children. The death toll continues to rise as bodies are pulled from beneath the rubble, all amid a rapidly deteriorating humanitarian crisis.
Yemen reprisal attacks to continue
The leader of Yemen's Ansarullah resistance movement has praised the Palestinian resistance in Gaza vowing to continue the targeting of ships heading for Israeli ports. The Yemeni leader said recent Israeli strikes on Damascus and Lebanon are aimed at imposing a pattern of regional permissiveness. Al-Houthi added that American support for the Israeli regime is fundamental not tactical, citing America’s New Middle East strategy since 2005 designed to entrench the regime’s dominance. He again condemned some Arab states' investments in the US as funding Palestinian genocide and called Gaza’s 10% population drop proof of Israeli-American crimes.
