Coppa Italia: Napoli beat Inter Milan 2-1 on AGG.

Over football news in Italy, Napoli have sealed a spot in the Coppa Italia Final, after edging out Inter Milan 2-1 on aggregate, despite playing out a 1-all draw at home.

Napoli had a slight one goal advantage from the 1st leg back in February, but Christian Eriksen leveled the tie for Inter Milan with only 2 minutes on the clock, after scoring directly from a corner.

However, Napoli hit back with a rapid counter-attack in the 41st minute, as Belgium’s Dries Merten scored the winner, with his 122nd goal for the club. Napoli, who last won the competition in 2014, will meet Juventus in the final on Wednesday, at an empty Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
