OSCE calls for accountability over Gitmo prison

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has called for accountability over human rights violations committed at Guantanamo and under the CIA rendition program. In a detailed report, the organization’s human rights office says Guantanamo should be closed and detainees should be tried before ordinary rather than military courts.
