Iran warns of new weapons

Iran has warned that its latest weapons will surprise its enemies. This, according to the deputy commander of the IRGC, Major General Mostafa Izadi. He said the IRGC has developed innovative weapons, many of which have yet to be unveiled. He praised the resistance front for its effective operations and stressed the importance of Ansarullah’s control over the Bab al-Mandab, alongside Iran’s control of the Strait of Hormuz. Izadi said the US has operated various bases across the region under the pretext of providing security. He added that Iran’s effective retaliatory operations have shown that these bases are not security assets, but instead pose a threat to the region. He said this realization prompted several neighboring countries to form their own security pact and even ask the Islamic Republic to join. Since the start of the latest US-Israeli aggression against Iran, more than 20 US bases in the region have been damaged, prompting Washington to withdraw much of its forces.
