Slamming US 'war crimes'
The IRGC commander has vowed that the US bloody attack on the wedding ceremony in Kuhestak will not go unpunished and perpetrators will ultimately pay the price. In a message to the victims’ families, Major General Ahmad Vahidi condemned the "terrorist and inhumane act that targeted innocent civilians, including women and children." He said the attack once again exposed Washington’s longstanding hostility toward Iran and its inability to confront the Iranian people’s iron will. Major general Vahidi pledged that Iran’s armed forces will uphold the sanctity of the blood of the martyrs and will continue to safeguard the country’s security. Earlier the IRGC also had issued a statement strongly condemning the US attack on the wedding ceremony as a war crime. It said the US has a long history of carrying out such deliberate attacks.
Iran responds to US aggression
The Iranian army says it has carried out missile and drone attacks against two US military bases in Kuwait and the UAE. The army said satellite communication systems, equipment storage facilities and fighter aircraft hangars of the US military at Ahmad Al Jaber airbase in Kuwait were targeted using missiles and drones. It said the strike caused damage to the communications systems and aircraft hangars. It said the army also targeted the troop deployment areas and radar systems of the US military at Al Minhad Air Base in the UAE using missiles and drones. It said the base plays a central role in the US military’s logistical and support operations in West Asia and has a significant role in the US’ air and surveillance operations. The army stressed that its response to any attack by the US military will be harsh and devastating and will continue its operations until final victory is achieved.
Israel Gaza crimes
Israel’s minister for military affairs admits that the regime is seeking to "remove Palestinians from the Gaza Strip." Israel Katz said de-populating Gaza remains the only solution. He said the plan is only frozen and has not been cancelled. The remarks are in contradiction to the 12-point ceasefire agreement signed between Hamas and Tel Aviv that says “No one will be forced to leave Gaza, and those who wish to leave will be free to do so and free to return.” Palestinian rights advocates have argued for nearly three years the ultimate goal of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza is to ethnically cleanse the Palestinian territory. Some far-right Israeli officials have previously openly called for depopulating Gaza, and Trump backed the idea early in his presidency, saying that the United States would take over the enclave and “own” the territory once Palestinians are removed.
