Iran court orders $37 million in US oil funds for Butterfly Patients

In a landmark ruling, Iran's international court has ordered the distribution of funds from a seized American oil tanker to Iranian patients suffering from a rare skin condition known as butterfly disease.
Based on the ruling, US sanctions illegally blocked access to life-saving medicine for these patients. The ruling marks the first time Iran has successfully confiscated American assets for the benefit of its citizens.
