US aggression against Iran 

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has strongly condemned the closure of its Public Relations Department's Telegram account. It said the move by Iran's enemies is unmistakable evidence of their fear of accurate human intelligence on American military positions and movements in the region. The IRGC said the closure of the account came after people in regional countries, particularly Jordan and Kuwait, started sending precise information on the US regime’s movements and bases. It added that Iran's enemies, who have always been fearful of transparency and awareness of nations, shut down the account to prove how scared they are of the precise and valuable data sent by the Muslim Ummah. The IRGC slammed this cowardly measure as another desperate move by the arrogant front, and a clear sign of its decline and helplessness. It said shutting down a single account can never silence the voice of truth or break the steel will of regional nations. The IRGC added that another secure portal will be introduced in the near future for the exchange of information with freedom-seeking nations of the world. The development came after the IRGC urged people in the neighboring countries to report the locations of US forces and their cover residences in the region.

Iran strikes on US bases 

The US military is reportedly mulling a ban on the use of cellphones by service members, fearing that cellphone videos can help Iran in targeting American bases.The development came after commander of the CENTCOM issued a stark warning to troops, cautioning that cellphone videos shared online are inadvertently assisting Iran in targeting American bases. Brad Cooper added that Iran can assess the impact of its strikes on American bases in near real-time by searching news reports or online posts containing photos and footage from cellphones of US troops. The new development came after some American officials and regional analysts admitted that Iranian missiles are penetrating US and allied air defenses in West Asia with increasing frequency, causing mounting casualties among American service members. The problem came into focus after an Iranian strike on Muwaffaq al-Salti Air Base in Jordan killed several US soldiers. The base had already been struck twice in a matter of 48 hours, with direct hits wounding dozens of US personnel.

Plight of Palestinian prisoners 

A Palestinian prisoners' rights group says Israeli prisons have undergone structural changes since the start of the genocide in Gaza, and have turned into killing grounds for Palestinian detainees. According to the Palestinian Prisoners Society, Israeli prisons are no longer detention facilities in the conventional sense, but have become “a central arena for systematic killing of Palestinian prisoners.” It added that Israel is implementing policies that target prisoners' physical and psychological well-being, as well as their dignity and existence. The society said these policies include torture, starvation, medical neglect, solitary confinement, sexual assault, and enforced disappearance, which have turned imprisonment into an integral part of Israel’s system of genocide. It noted that more than 100 Palestinians have died in Israeli detention as a result of mistreatment since the start of the Gaza genocide. The society described the regime’s practices as part of an integrated colonial system aimed at breaking Palestinians both physically and psychologically.
