US war crimes in Iran
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has condemned US strikes on Iran's civilian transport infrastructure, calling them a clear war crime. Pezeshkian said Tehran would pursue legal action against Washington through international legal bodies over the war crimes. He made the remarks during a visit to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, where he reviewed damage from recent US strikes on border terminals, ports, bridges, and rail networks. The Iranian president ordered the immediate reconstruction of the damaged infrastructure using advanced international standards. He also said Iran would intensify regional diplomacy to expand transit links with neighboring countries and reduce the impact of foreign disruptions.
Israel Lebanon violations
Lebanon’s army has condemned Israel’s continued military presence in the country’s south. In a statement, the Lebanese army said Israeli occupation forces are preventing the full deployment of Lebanese forces under a framework agreement reached in June. The Lebanese army said Israeli forces are violating current understandings and international law by systematic destruction, bombardment, and automatic-weapon sweeps. It also criticized Israeli forces for opening fire near Lebanese army positions in Kfar Tibnit, Nabatieh and several other areas. Under last month’s agreement, Israeli forces are required to withdraw from designated “pilot zones,” where Lebanese troops would then deploy. Hezbollah resistance movement has repeatedly reiterated that Israel cannot be trusted, insisting it must retain its weapons to defend Lebanon and confront Israeli aggression.
West Bank under attack
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has threatened to expand military operations in the occupied West Bank. Speaking at a cabinet meeting held in an underground facility, Netanyahu confirmed he has ordered regime troops to storm villages, carry out mass arrests, and sweep for weapons. He said IOF has raided Nablus hospital and arrested two Palestinians. At least 60 Palestinians have been detained since Saturday night, with Nablus placed under tight siege. The IOF crackdown is unfolding alongside escalating settler violence, including the torching of two mosques.
