From the port of Málaga in Spain, a humanitarian flotilla is preparing to sail toward Cuba, carrying solar panels and medical supplies for a pediatric hospital.
The humanitarian mission has been organized amid what organizers describe as a deepening energy crisis on the island nation under decades of US sanctions and embargo. Our correspondent Alberto Garcia reports from Málaga.
