US withdrawing troops from Germany as rift between NATO allies grows

The rift between Berlin and Washington is growing after comments by the German Chancellor criticizing the US foreign policy.
President Donald Trump reacted by announcing the removal of troops from Germany. After the announcement, the Pentagon said the US is withdrawing 5,000 troops from Germany. Our correspondent Dieter Reinisch reports.
