Iranian Jews have held a national solidarity demonstration in the capital Tehran in line with nightly mass rallies held be Iranians across the country in support of the Leader and the Armed Forces against enemies.
The Jewish community in Tehran held a mass demonstration in the Valiasr Square on Tuesday evening, with hundreds of its members chanting slogans in support for the homeland defenders, pledging their allegiance to the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei.
Waving Iran’s national flags, demonstrators also pledged their allegiance to the noble values and ideals of the Islamic Revolution.
They also carried banners reading “We Iranian Jews condemn crimes committed by American-Zionist forces” and “Judaism is different from Zionism.”
Similar mass demonstrations have been held by all Iranians from all walks of life in major squares of cities across the country every single night since the onset of the imposed war by American and Israeli aggressors on February 28.
Rabbi Younes Hamami Lalezar, the leader and the highest religious authority of Iran's Jewish community, also participated in Tuesday’s demonstration held in Tehran’s Valiasr Square.
The demonstration, which was held in line with the same atmosphere of empathy and nightly presence of Iranians in the squares across the country, is a manifestation of the intercultural solidarity of ethnic groups and religions in Iran.
Last week, members of the Jewish community in Shiraz also paid tribute to martyrs of the recent war during a visit to their graves, stressing that Judaism is totally different from Zionism.
They also demonstrated their national solidarity and unbreakable bond with Iran's defense ideals and territorial integrity.
On the sidelines of the ceremony on Friday, the chairman of the Jewish community in Shiraz, southern Iranian province of Fars, Amir Ala Salari, emphasized that Jews' empathy with other Iranians has deep and fraternal roots.
“Our presence in this holy place is a clear message to the world; We Jews consider ourselves completely separate from Zionism and have always proven our brotherhood with the great nation of Iran,” he stressed.
Rabbi Salari also emphasized that Iran is “the safest place in the world for us”, noting that anti-Semitism has not been recorded in any period of Iran's history.
“We proudly work alongside our compatriots and listen to the Leader's orders for the victory and stability” of the homeland, he added.
The United States and the Israeli regime launched their latest bout of unprovoked aggression against the Islamic Republic on February 28, killing at least 3,300 people and damaging civilian infrastructures.
Iranian Armed Forces responded with over 10 waves of retaliatory strikes, codenamed Operation True Promise 4, launching hundreds of ballistic and hypersonic missiles as well as drone attacks against sensitive and strategic American and Israeli targets throughout the region.
