Trump claims his 'Board of Peace' might replace the UN

US President Donald Trump has unveiled his so-called Board of Peace, claiming that his plan may replace the United Nations.
Some 60 countries have been invited to join the board, at a cost of a billion dollars each, if they want to be permanent members. The initiative has also drawn sharp criticism. Our correspondent Ramin Mazaheri has more on the story from Chicago.
