Foreign Minister Araghchi says after October 18, all nuclear restrictions must be terminated. In his letter to the UN chief and UNSC president, Iran's foreign minister said E3 abandoned its obligations for a campaign of political manipulation and legal distortion, thus their attempt to use the snapback mechanism is procedurally defective and substantially void.
