US-Israeli Gaza genocide

Israeli forces press ahead with their war of genocide in Gaza, killing more Palestinian civilians, including starving aid seekers, in indiscriminate aerial and artillery attacks. One civilian was killed, and several others were injured after aid seekers were targeted near Zikim, west of Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza. A Palestinian woman also lost her life after a house was targeted in Gaza City’s al-Tuffah neighborhood. Earlier, seven civilians, including women and children, were killed in Israeli shelling of different areas in Gaza City. At least nine Palestinians were killed and dozens injured while waiting for humanitarian aid north of Rafah, in southern Gaza, and in the center of the territory. According to Gaza’s medical sources, four more Palestinians died due to starvation and malnutrition on Thursday. The new fatalities increased the total number of starvation-related deaths to nearly 200, including about 100 children. The death toll from the Israeli genocide tops 61,250, with more than 152,000 others injured.

Gaza humanitarian crisis

A group of UN experts has urged the international community to pressure Israel to allow full and unimpeded humanitarian access to Gaza. The experts said Israel must immediately restore access to Gaza by impartial humanitarian organizations, including the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, and the UN humanitarian office. They warned that Israel’s obstruction of aid deliveries is worsening an already catastrophic situation in Gaza. The experts said starvation is being used as a savage weapon of war by Israel, which constitutes a crime under international law. They also slammed Israel’s militarized aid delivery through the so-called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which has so far killed almost 1,400 starving aid seekers. The experts urged the international community to take steps to end the occupation and fully realize the self-determination of the Palestinians in an independent State of Palestine.

Israel Gaza occupation plan

Hamas has condemned the Israeli Prime Minister's latest plan to occupy the entire Gaza. The movement called Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan an extension of his genocidal and displacement policies against Palestinians. In an official statement, Hamas described the plan as a blatant reversal of the process through which the Gaza ceasefire talks took place. It added that Netanyahu’s remarks also expose the true motives behind the regime’s withdrawal from the last round of truce talks. Hamas said the plan also confirms that Netanyahu has abandoned Israeli captives, and is sacrificing them to further his personal interests and extremist agenda. The movement warned that any expansion of aggression against Gaza will have costly consequences for the regime’s forces. Hamas also called on the international community and the Muslim world to condemn the plan, and take immediate action to stop the regime’s aggression, and hold Israeli officials accountable for their crimes.
