Iran military might
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps says Iran’s hard power and offensive and defensive capabilities during the 12-day aggression by Israel shattered the enemy’s calculations. The IRGC spokesman says Israel was stunned by Iran’s missile operations during the war. Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini says nothing would have remained of the regime if Iran had maintained the intensity of its strikes. According to Naeini, the regime is now trying to disturb Iranians public peace of mind by what he called nonsensical threats to attack again. He said such threats, including by the Israeli minister of military affairs, are nothing but psychological warfare. He issued a veiled warning to the regime, stressing that Iranian armed forces have missed no chance to further enhance their capabilities.
Iran warning EU
Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman says the European countries signatory to the JCPOA lack the legitimacy to trigger the so-called “snapback” mechanism. Esmaeil Baghaei emphasized that Iran’s opposition to this move has been clearly conveyed to the European Trio during recent discussions held in Istanbul on Friday. Baghaei warned that any attempt to activate the mechanism would provoke an appropriate response from Iran and carry serious consequences for the European parties involved. Regarding the possibility of resuming talks with the United States, Baghaei said there are currently no plans, adding that Tehran will decide and announce such a move only when it aligns with country’s national interests. Asked about Tehran seeking security guarantees from Washington, he stated that Iran’s greatest guarantee is reliance on its national military and defensive power.
US-Israeli Gaza genocide
Israel's unrelenting attacks continue to claim more Palestinian lives across Gaza, as the regime’s military intensifies its air and artillery strikes on the blockaded territory. In one of the latest attacks, at least nine Palestinians were killed and 30 injured in an Israeli airstrike on an apartment building in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza. A separate strike on a home in the al-Mawasi refugee camp, also in Khan Yunis, killed several people. The Israeli bombing of a building in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, was also deadly with at least one fatality. Israeli troops also opened fire on Palestinian aid seekers in several parts of Gaza, killing over 30 of them. The US-Israeli genocide, which began in October 20-23, has so far killed more than 59,800 Palestinians, leaving over 144,800 others injured. Most of the victims are women and children.
