South Koreans roundly reject US President Donald Trump's attempt to extort even more money as he plans to raise tariffs for exports to the United States. Trump also said Seoul should pay almost ten times more toward the cost of US troops in South Korea. His strong-arm talk comes as top military officials from the US, South Korea, and Japan meet in Seoul.
