Israel ethnic cleansing in Gaza

More death and destruction in Gaza where the Israeli regime has launched fresh air and ground attacks. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, the latest attacks have killed at least 136 people across Gaza in 24 hours. Most of the victims were in Khan Younis where warplanes carried out at least 30 air strikes within an hour of aggression. In the same area, the regime issued a displacement order warning of an unprecedented strike. In an attack on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, several people were killed as well. The Palestinian fatalities in Gaza since October 2023 has exceeded 53,400. More than 121,300 people have been injured.

Gazans being starved to death

The World Health Organization says two million people are starving in Gaza. At the opening of the 78th World Health Assembly in Geneva, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned the state members of deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza. He said the WHO and other UN agencies stand ready to deliver aid into the besieged territory. He lamented that people are dying from "preventable diseases as medicines wait at the border, while attacks on hospitals deny people care, and deter them from seeking it." According to the United Nations, more than 9,000 children have been admitted to hospitals in Gaza for acute malnutrition since the start of the year. Nearly 244,000 Gazans are facing catastrophic food insecurity. Following global pressure, Israel decided on Sunday to resume the entry of “basic quantity” of food into Gaza.
