US-Israel Gaza genocie

More Palestinian civilians are slaughtered in Gaza as the Israeli military presses ahead with its air and artillery strikes on the blockaded territory. In one of the deadliest attacks, at least two people were killed after Israeli forces targeted a group of Palestinian farmers in an area near Khan Yunis, southern Gaza. Also in Khan Yunis, an Israeli airstrike on a Palestinian home killed at least nine people and injured several others. The Israeli artillery shelling on al-Mawasi refugee camp in southern Gaza also left causalities, including women and children. According to the Palestinian center for human rights, nearly 600 Palestinian children and over 300 women have been killed since the resumption of Israeli attacks on March 18. The death toll since October 2023 has surpassed 51,150. Over 116,000 others have been injured.

Israel blocking Gaza aid

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has warned of an alarming threat of famine in the Gaza Strip due to weeks-long Israeli blockage on the Palestinian territory. The rights group says the blockade has caused a severe shortage of essential food items in Gaza, forcing the families to cut the number of their daily meals, resulting in noticeable weight loss among the people. The rights group says the regime’s bombardment of food infrastructure, the seizure of Palestinians’ lands and attacks on aid centers have worsened the situation. The Euro-Med Monitor accused the Israeli regime of deliberate use of starvation as a weapon against Palestinians. Israel has halted the entry of aid into Gaza since March 2. The blockade marks the longest continuous restriction on humanitarian aid since the beginning of the regime’s war in 2023.

US aggression against Yemen

The United States has carried out fresh airstrikes on Yemen to make the Arab country stop its operations in support of Palestinians in Gaza. American warplanes carried out 13 airstrikes on the port and airport of Hudaydah in western Yemen, and three more attacks on Kamaran Island off the coast of Hudaydah. They also carried out 3 airstrikes on Sa’ada in northern Yemen. Four more raids hit areas in the Al-Sab'een District of the capital Sana'a. The fresh airstrikes have so far left at least three people dead and four injured. Since the start of its aggression, the main targets of US attacks have been civilians and civilian infrastructure. Washington claims the attacks are meant to protect freedom of navigation in nearby waters. Yemen rejects the claim, saying its naval operations solely target Israel-linked ships to halt the regime’s onslaught on Gaza. Yemen says the US attacks are only meant to enable continued genocide in Gaza.
