US-Israeli genocide in Gaza

Beginning in central Gaza, where at least 20 Palestinian civilians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes on the Nuseirat refugee camp. Israeli missiles targeted a residential building housing displaced people. Dozens of people were also killed in airstrikes on the Jabalia refugee camp and the city of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza. To the south, regime forces continued to shell homes in the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Rafah. The UN says at least 360,000 Palestinians have been forced to leave the city due to the ongoing Israeli offensive. The regime also kept the Rafah crossing shut for a seventh day in a row, blocking the entry of aid and the passage of the elderly and the injured. The US Israeli genocide in Gaza has killed nearly 35,100 people since October 7. Thousands of bodies also remain under the rubble.

Resistance retaliation

Palestinians are putting up a stiff resistance against intruding Israeli forces in Gaza and even inflicting heavy losses on them. The armed wing of Hamas said it had targeted several Israeli Merkava tanks and a military bulldozer with Yassin-105 shells near the northern Jabaliya refugee camp. One of the shells was dropped by a drone. Hamas fighters also carried out a mortar attack on Israeli forces penetrating into the Rafah land crossing in southern Gaza. Meanwhile, the al-Qassam Brigades announced that Israeli bombings over the past 10 days have cut off its contact with a group of its fighters guarding four Israeli captives, including Hersh Goldberg-Polin. In a recent video, he had slammed the Israeli regime for not doing enough to secure the release of the captives in Gaza. Hamas says dozens of captives have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza.

Iraq anti-Israel operations

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq says it has conducted a new retaliatory attack on an Israeli position in the occupied lands. The group said it launched a drone attack on a vital target in the port city of Umm al-Rashrash, also known as Eilat. The resistance group said it used al-Arfad drones for the first time in the attack. The group said the operation was in response to the Israeli massacre of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, including women, children and the elderly. The Iraqi group vowed to continue retaliatory attacks on Israeli targets. During recent months, the Islamic resistance in Iraq has also hit American military bases in Iraq and neighboring Syria in retaliation for Washington’s support for the Israeli genocide in Gaza.
