Jan. 25: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against Israel and its Western backers amid the regime's genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which has killed more than 25,900 Palestinians, mostly children and women.

The operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Thursday, January 25, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on Jan. 25:

• A joint operation with the Mujahideen Brigades targeted a gathering of Israeli regime forces northwest of Gaza City with short-range 107mm rockets.
• Targeted two Merkava tanks with Yassin-105 shells west of Khan Yunis city, southern Gaza Strip.
• Published a detailed military report outlining achievements against the occupation during the past week. 

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Jan. 25:

• Engaged in clashes with Israeli regime soldiers and their vehicles in the west and south of Khan Yunis city with machine guns and firearms.
• Shelled a gathering of Israeli regime forces with 60mm regular mortar shells in the west of Khan Yunis city. 
• Blew up a Merkava tank with a "Thaqqib" high-explosive device in the vicinity of Khan Yunis city. 
• Bombed the positioning of Israeli regime forces and their vehicles in the Sudanese area northwest of Gaza City, using heavy-caliber mortar shells, Badr-1 IRAM rockets, and 107mm rockets.
• Pounded an Israeli infantry force northwest of Beit Hanoun with a guided 107mm rocket.
• Shelled Israeli military vehicles and soldiers in the west and southwest of Khan Yunis city. 
• In a joint operation with the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, targeted military supply lines along the eastern line of central Gaza with rockets. 
• Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their vehicles near the military site of “Abu Safiya" east of Al-Maghazi in central Gaza.

Mujahideen Brigades' operations on Jan. 25:

• Targeted an Israeli military helicopter with an air-to-surface missile (SAM) in the skies of Khan Yunis city. 
• Shelled concentrations of Israeli military east of Al-Bureij with a barrage of rockets.

Al-Aqsa Brigades' operations on Jan. 25:

• Engaged in clashes with Israeli forces near Haifa Street and the Al-Ahmadiyyin roundabout with heavy gunfire and explosive devices.
• Engaged in clashes with Israeli forces using firearms and appropriate weapons in the axis west of Khan Yunis.

Hezbollah's operations on Jan. 25:

• Launched an aerial attack with two assault (Kamikaze) drones on much-hyped Israeli military systems and Iron Dome platforms near the illegal settlement of Kfar Blum, achieving direct hits.
• Targeted the Al-Radar Israeli military site in the occupied Shabaa farms with rockets, achieving direct hits.
• Targeted the Jal Al-Alam site of the Israeli military with missiles, achieving direct hits.

Iraqi resistance's operations on Jan. 25:

• Attacked the Israeli-run port of Ashdod in occupied territories with drones, causing large-scale destruction and casualties. 
• Attacked the US military occupation base near Erbil Airport in northern Iraq with a barrage of drones, resulting in vast damages.
