Iran president interview 

Iran’s President Ebrahim Raeisi says Israel has failed to achieve any of the goals it pursued in the war on Gaza. Raeisi was speaking in an interview with five Arab television channels. He said the regime’s atrocities have only increased awareness of people across the globe about the plight of Palestinians. Iran's president added that people of the world now hate the regime and its backers more than ever. Raeisi said Operation Al-Aqsa Flood dealt a heavy military and intelligence blow to the Zionist regime. He added that the Israeli regime collapsed after October the 7th, when the operation was launched, but the US helped to revive it. 

Gaza truce

Iran’s foreign minister has warned that if the four-day Gaza truce is not extended, conditions in the region will change and the war will expand. Speaking to Lebanon’s Al-Mayadeen TV channel, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said if the Israeli aggression against Gaza continued, the opening of new fronts across the region would be inevitable. He repeated Iran’s call on the international community to mount pressure on Israel to halt its attacks against the besieged territory. Iran's top diplomat said Israel and the US are unable to eliminate Hamas in Gaza and the movement will remain in Palestine. He also stressed the need for an international court to bring to justice those who have perpetrated war crimes in Gaza. Amir-Abdollahian is on an official visit to Lebanon. He has met with senior officials of Palestinian and Lebanese resistance groups, including secretary general of the Islamic Jihad movement, Ziyad al-Nakhala. He told Nakhala that despite all its atrocities, Israel failed to subdue the will of the resistant nation of Palestine. Amir-Abdollahian also met with Lebanon’s caretaker prime minister Najib Miqati and parliament speaker Nabih Berri. 

Yemen supporting Gaza 

Yemen’s armed forces have launched another missile attack on Israeli targets in support of Palestinians in Gaza, who have been under the regime’s genocidal war for the past 48 days. The Yemeni army said it has fired a barrage of cruise missiles at various military targets in the port city of Eilat. In a statement, the country’s forces affirmed that they will continue their military operations until the regime strops its aggression against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. The Yemeni forces had already warned that all Israeli ships passing through the Red Sea will be considered legitimate targets. The warning came after Yemen’s forces seized an Israel cargo vessel in the Red Sea. Yemen’s armed forces have also launched a series of drone and missile attacks against Israel in support of Palestinians.
