Israel Gaza onslaught

Palestinians in Gaza have been witnessing an unending cycle of bloodshed for 39 consecutive days. Israel’s fresh airstrikes have claimed dozens more civilian lives across the besieged territory. Six members of a Palestinian family were killed in an attack on a house in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. They’re in addition to 30 people killed in yet another airstrike there. In the southern city of Khan Yunis, over 20 people were killed in new Israeli bombardment. That, as the Israeli regime has declared southern Gaza as a Safe Zone, ordering civilians in the northern part of the besieged territory to move there. The total Palestinian death toll from the Israeli war now tops eleven-thousand-two-hundred, mostly women and children. Apart from residential buildings, hospitals are not safe from Israeli strikes either.

Israeli failure in Gaza

The Palestinian health ministry warns that ALL hospitals in the Gaza Strip will be dysfunctional within the next 48 hours unless they receive urgent medical aid. Those medical facilities are in desperate need of life-saving equipment as well as fuel for their electric generators. One of the hardest-hit medical facilities is Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City. The Israeli military has been encircling it with armored vehicles for the past several days under the pretext that Palestinian fighters are present around the hospital. The Hamas resistance movement has, however, denied the Israeli claim. A separate warning of the fuel crisis in Gaza has also been issued by the UN agency for Palestinian refugees. UNRWA said its operations in Gaza will shut down within two days due to shortages.

Yemen Israel strikes

The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement says Yemen will continue its attacks on Israel, raising the possibility of targeting Israeli ships in the Red Sea. Abdol-Malik Houthi said that Ansarullah will constantly monitor the movement of Israeli ships especially in Bab al-Mandab, and near Yemeni regional waters. He added that Yemeni drone units will continue hitting targets inside the occupied territories. The Ansarullah leader said the US has repeatedly warned Yemen against attacking Israel. He also strongly rebuked some Arab and Muslim nations for standing idly by in the face of Israeli crimes, and urged them to adopt a clear stance in the face of the genocide taking place in Gaza.
