Hundreds of UK schools forced to close over ‘crumbling concrete’ fears

As thousands of children return to the classrooms in the UK after the summer break, it's emerged that more than a hundred schools in the country will be closed or partially shut over safety concerns about what is known as RAAC, a type of concrete at risk of crumbling. But despite revelations that the government had known about the problem for years, no one is taking responsibility.
