Iranian attorneys urge France to stop supporting MKO terrorists

Stop supporting the terrorists; this is the gist of what these people demand from the french government. A group of Iranian attorneys at law gathered outside the French embassy in Tehran to formally demand an end to nesting and nurturing the Mojahedin Khalq Organization or MKO a notorious anti-Iran terror group that's based in France and Albania.
The demonstration came on the 41st anniversary of the bombing of the Islamic Republic headquarters at the hands of the MKO members. Seventy-two officials of the Islamic Republic were killed, including Justice Chief, Ayatollah Mohammad Beheshti.
The MKO is responsible for assassinating 12,000 Iranian civilians and statesmen since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.
In 2012, the terror group was relocated from an American military base in Iraq to Albania and France, after the US and Europe delisted the group as a terrorist organization. Since then, US politicians, among other western figures, have been taking part in the MKO's annual summits in Paris.
In Iran, the MKO is referred to as 'Monafeqin', Persian for hypocrites, something which reflects the terror group's history of anti-Iran agenda. Protesters here advised the west against backing the MKO, saying any support for the Monafeqin is interpreted as siding with the terrorists.
