Saudi Arabia continues to seize further Yemeni fuel ships

As Yemenis experience the worst fuel shortage since the beginning of the Saudi-led war in 2015, Yemen's Petroleum Company held a press conference to highlight the impact of the Saudi piracy acts in the red sea.
Officials say the purpose of the Saudi-led coalition's seizure of fuel ships is to raise the price of fuel and spread chaos in the country.
Besides the war, Saudi Arabia and its allies have imposed an all-out blockade on Yemen since March 2015. The United Nations describes Yemen as the world's worst humanitarian crisis but it has not taken any action to end the suffering of millions of Yemenis.
Experts believe Saudi Arabia’s recent measures to block Yemen’s fuel imports are yet another proof that the Saudi military operation against Yemen is a failure. And they also say the Russia-Ukraine conflict has exposed the international community’s double standard on humanitarian crises.
