Human rights advocacy group releases Saudi crimes in Yemen in 2021

In a press conference in the capital Sana'a, Yemen's Eye of Humanity Center for Rights and Development released its new report on the Saudi crimes committed against Yemenis during 2021.
The report highlights the number of victims of the Saudi air attacks and the destruction of the country's infrastructure.
The report says Saudi warplanes launched over 99 hundred airstrikes against civilian facilities across Yemen last year, killing 387 civilians, including 96 children, and injuring hundreds more.
In a previous report, the human rights group said more than 43,000 civilians had been hurt or killed in relentless airstrikes across Yemen since Saudi Arabia launched a war on its southern neighbor in 2015. It said nearly 4,000 children were among those killed.
As people around the world celebrate the new year with festivals and joyful events, Yemenis enter a new year of war and siege imposed on their country by Saudi Arabia. People believe that their years-long resistance will eventually bring Riyadh to justice for its crimes in Yemen.
