Mass murderers pardoned

US president, Donald trump, has granted clemency to two people who pleaded guilty in the Russia inquiry, four Blackwater guards convicted of killing Iraqi civilians and three corrupt Republicans. The four Blackwater security guards were convicted of murder and manslaughter in Iraq six years ago. Their pardon has drawn international condemnation especially from the Iraqi people.
