Press TV has conducted an interview with James Fetzer, an American philosopher in Madison, to discuss the ongoing talks on Iran’s nuclear energy program.

Fetzer argues that the purpose of the negotiations is to reach a compromise; but the US Congress, led by right-wing fanatics, is pushing for more sanctions against Iran, which would worsen the situation. He also maintains that the sanctions against Iran are a form war crime, which the United States has committed many times.
