Colombian President Gustavo Petro has met with Interim Venezuelan President Delcy Rodríguez as part of his trip to Caracas.
The visit makes Petro the first world leader to visit the South American nation since the United States kidnapped the country’s leader Nicolas Maduro in an attack on January 3. Bernat Lautaro, reporting from Caracas.
