Leader of Yemen's Ansarullah resistance movement Abdul-Malik al-Houthi says some Arab rulers are rejoicing at the criminal US-Israeli aggression against Iran and the assassination of its officials.
“Those advocating division among the Islamic Ummah are expressing jubilation at the American-Israeli crimes against Iran’s Muslim people and officials,” he said on Wednesday, in an apparent reference to Arab rulers normalizing ties with the Tel Aviv regime.
Iran is defending itself against the savage assault, during which the aggressors are committing the most atrocious and brutal crimes, he added.
However, the rulers of the Persian Gulf Arab countries want the states attacked by the US not to defend themselves.
Houthi also noted that some Arab regimes provide all forms of media, political, military and security support for the enemies of the Muslim nations.
He further said that most of the Arab media are conducting psychological warfare against the Islamic Ummah in order to justify the US-Israeli atrocities.
The US and Israel launched their illegal aggression against Iran on Saturday morning by assassinating Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. So far, at least 1,045 Iranian people have been people killed in the terrorist air raids.
Iran began to swiftly retaliate against the unlawful assault by launching barrages of missile and drone attacks on the Israeli-occupied territories as well as on the US assets in regional countries.
Enraged by the Islamic Republic’s retaliatory strikes against the US bases in the region, the Arab rulers consider the Iranian people’s self-defense an attack on themselves, Houthi emphasized.
He said the countries hosting the US bases fund the facilities and defend them will all their strength, while they counter Iran’s retaliatory operations.
In his remarks, Houthi denounced the Arab rulers’ cooperation with the Zionist regime as a stupid act, saying the US-Zionist enemy is seeking to eliminate freedom-seeking Muslims in a bid to complete their plots aimed at suppressing others.
