When it comes to European countries stating that they will cut off their purchase of Russian oil and gas that has not come to fruition. The list of European countries that have continued to not only purchase their energy needs from Russia but have also complied with Russian demand to pay in Rubles, despite the EU banning to do so, is on the rise. Hungary says 10 EU countries quietly buying Russian gas with Rubles.
