Rony Curvelo is a top-level experienced and accomplished author and journalist, possessing extensive public speaking experience. His areas of expertise are International and Current World Affairs, Economics, Politics. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, he holds two nationalities: Brazilian and American.

Curvelo extensive experience as journalist includes working with CNN, CBS, Telenoticias, Univision, Hispan TV, Arise News, RT, CNT, SBT, and RedeTV.

He reported from Havana, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Port au Prince, Panamá, Asuncion, La Paz, Cairo, Luxor, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Amman, Casablanca, Bangkok, Beijing, New Deli, Mumbai, Athens, Miami and New York.

Since 2011, he has been Press TV’s Global news correspondent with reports from Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Haiti, India, Cuba and the United States.

Curvelo holds two bachelor degrees, one in Journalism from the University of Miami and another one in the Public Administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is author of the book Globalization in The Public Administration. Curvelo won the Editor Award from the International Media in Miami and was nominated to the International Emmy Award for the production and hosting of the world most famous reality show: The Amazing Race (Brazil's version.)

In 1994 for 8 years, Curvelo acted as the press aide and spokesperson for the former Brazilian President Fernando Collor. Most recently, he delivered several lectures on Latin America affairs and journalism at several universities in Brazil and during events in USA, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
