Noura Mansour is a Yemeni journalist, newscaster, and media professional based in Sana'a. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Sana'a University (2010) and completed a diploma at the Canadian Institute (2008).

She has worked as a newscaster for Yemen Channel since 2009, and has extensive experience as a voice-over artist for documentaries, a translator of documentary films, a content creator, and a scriptwriter. Her work includes translation between Arabic and English in both directions, as well as documentary film production and series dubbing.

Among her notable works is the translation of documentary films broadcast on Al-Masirah channel and national channels, including:

-Yemen, the Graveyard of Invaders
-The President and His School, about the martyred President Al-Sammad
-Mossad Spy in Yemen
