Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, has declared that the country’s armed forces are significantly stronger, more experienced, and on higher alert today than at the outset of the US-Israeli war of aggression.

Addressing a memorial ceremony for martyrs in the city of Pishva on Friday night, Gen. Akraminia emphasized that the Army, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), and the police forces possess greater motivation, commitment, and self-confidence following months of intense conflict.

"The armed forces of the Islamic Republic are stronger than at the start of the war because the experience of direct confrontation with the United States and the fake Zionist regime has brought valuable military lessons," he stated, assuring the public that the military is fully prepared to defend the country with enhanced hardware and software capabilities.

The Army spokesman highlighted Iran's absolute strategic grip on the Strait of Hormuz, noting that prior to the war, an average of 130 ships passed through the waterway daily, transporting roughly 20 percent of the world's oil, alongside jet fuel and chemical fertilizers.

"This vital capacity is in Iran's hands, and until the Islamic Republic's conditions are accepted, the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened," he declared.

Gen. Akraminia also issued a warning regarding the possibility of renewed US aggression.

While acknowledging that American naval vessels have retreated from the region, he cautioned that Washington might resort to further military action out of sheer political desperation.

Should the enemy repeat its transgression, the Iranian military's response will be "immediate, impactful, and without geographic limitations," in strict accordance with the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei.

He explicitly warned that US bases and interests located far outside of West Asia and the Persian Gulf are well within the crosshairs of Iranian drones and missiles and will be targeted if the US acts up again.

Resistance reshapes US politics

Reflecting on the broader geopolitical fallout of the war, the spokesman noted that the Iranian nation's 251 nights of steadfast resistance fundamentally altered US political equations and inflicted massive financial damage on the aggressors.

He pointed to the recent US elections, where Republican officials openly admitted that the war with Iran was a primary factor in their defeat.

"It was not the Democrats who defeated Trump and the Republicans; it was the Iranian nation that defeated Trump in the political arena through its resistance and steadfastness," Gen. Akraminia asserted.

Furthermore, he highlighted the severe economic blowback suffered by the US and its European allies.

US officials have estimated the direct costs of the war at over $48 billion, with incalculable indirect costs.

Consequently, European nations that supported the military campaign are now grappling with severe economic crises, sparking widespread public protests in countries such as France, Greece, Italy, and Poland.

The general praised the unbreakable national cohesion demonstrated by the Iranian people during the 251-day war, noting that their continuous, weather-defying presence in the streets—rallying behind the national flag—thwarted the enemy's attempts to sow division and create a new sedition.

However, he warned that following its humiliating failure on the economic, military, and political fronts, the enemy is now plotting to incite internal riots and unrest.

He urged the Iranian public to maintain their vigilance and remain united on the scene until final victory is achieved, ensuring that the enemy's conspiracies are completely neutralized.
