Iranians participating in the rallies marking National Day of Fighting Global Arrogance have issued a final resolution demanding retribution for the martyred Leader, the updating of the US-Israeli target bank, and an honorable withdrawal from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
The demonstrations marked the national day on November 4, corresponding to Aban 13 in the Iranian calendar.
A statement by organizers condemned the criminal acts of Washington and Tel Aviv, emphasizing the absolute necessity of seeking justice for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the 168 martyred students in the southern city of Minab.
The resolution stressed the need for updating the enemy's target bank in preparation for any fresh war of aggression to ensure that all US-Israeli assets remain within the crosshairs of Iran's armed forces.
In a major geopolitical stance, the resolution demanded that Iranian officials initiate an "honorable withdrawal" from the NPT in response to the broken promises and threats of hegemonic powers.
Furthermore, the nation pledged unwavering allegiance to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, and called on the armed forces to maintain maximum deterrence, preparing for an "immediate, impactful response without geographic limitations."
The statement concluded by reaffirming Iran's steadfast support for the Axis of Resistance across Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq, stressing that the "unity of fronts" is the decisive factor in shaping the new security order in West Asia.
Fruits of Iran’s resilience
Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani told the Tehran gathering that the defeat of the United States and the Israeli regime in recent regional developments and the latest US elections are a direct product of the Iranian nation's resilience.
Zakani emphasized the authority of the Islamic Republic and the ultimate failure of Western plots to subdue Iran.
"From sanctions and crimes to military aggression against our soil, the US has tried everything," Zakani said, referencing historical failures like the [failed] Tabas operation, [which saw a botched rescue attempt end in disaster for the US] and the more recent 12-day and 40-day imposed wars. "We thank God that, with the will of the nation and the leadership, we have brought humiliation to the US in all dimensions."
The Tehran Mayor pointed out that the foreign powers who orchestrated plots for "regime change" in Iran are now engulfed by their own domestic fires.
"Those in the US, the Zionist regime, Europe, and some regional countries who sought 'regime change' in Iran are today caught in the flames of their own domestic protests and crises," Zakani stated, adding that the current wave of demonstrations sweeping across Europe is "only the beginning of this massive transformation."
He further asserted that European nations hosting US military bases, which actively participated in sanctions and acts of aggression against Iran, are now deeply indebted to the Iranian people.
"These countries are obligated to issue official apologies and compensate for all the damages inflicted upon Iran," he demanded.
Reflecting on the wars waged by Washington and Tel Aviv, Zakani highlighted the enemy's miscalculation during the new war launched in February 2026.
The enemy, he noted, believed that by assassinating the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, they could achieve their ultimate goals.
"But they realized that you, the people, became the guardians of the country's leadership in the days when the nation was without a leader," Zakani told the crowds, praising the public's unwavering unity which later earned the commendation of the new Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei.
Call for 'wartime' governance
Acknowledging that the enemy has failed to achieve its goals through direct military confrontation and terrorism, Zakani warned that Washington is now attempting to compensate for its defeats by intensifying economic pressure and disrupting the public's livelihood.
He stressed that the Iranian nation will thwart these conspiracies through vigilance and resistance.
Zakani emphasized the urgent necessity of "restructuring the management and executive apparatus of the country in accordance with wartime conditions," urging total cohesion, coordination, and a unified deployment across all sectors to counter enemy threats.
Battle against the Global Tyrant
Outlining the foundational nature of the conflict between Tehran and Washington, Zakani clarified that the dispute is not based on superficial differences of opinion, but on fundamental ideological principles.
"America is the global tyrant of our time," he said, noting that the Islamic Revolution was an "explosion of light" that challenged the global system of domination and is actively preparing the world for the reappearance of the Savior.
In contrast, he pointed to the alliance of “Christian Zionists” in the US and “extremist Orthodox” factions within the Israeli regime whose sole focus is the destruction of Islamic Iran.
"The United States is the greatest obstacle to the realization of a strong Iran," Zakani concluded. "If we are fighting the Global Tyranny, we must remove the obstacles, and America is the greatest obstacle and the perpetrator of the greatest crimes against humanity, especially against Iran."
Zakani’s remarks were delivered during the annual November 4 ---13 Aban --- rallies, which kicked off at 9:00 a.m. local time, with marchers moving from Palestine Square toward the former US Embassy, known as the Den of Espionage.
The nationwide rallies were held in over 900 locations across the country under the slogan "Covenant with Martyrs, Battle against Arrogance."
In the Iranian calendar, 13 Aban is designated as the National Day of Fight against Global Arrogance.
The date commemorates three pivotal historical events: the 1964 exile of the founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini; the 1978 massacre of protesting students by the Pahlavi regime; and the 1979 takeover of the US Embassy by Iranian students following the Islamic Revolution.
