A cement factory in Yemen’s capital Sana’a has come under Saudi attack twice in four days.

Yemeni officials say the strikes are part of a wider campaign that has hit nearly a dozen civilian facilities since mid-July. They denounce Saudi Arabia for targeting Yemen’s economic infrastructure and threatening the livelihoods of ordinary people.
