Iran can close Hormuz in wartime to defend its sovereignty: Former US government adviser

Former US government adviser, Paul Larudee, says under international maritime law, Iran has the right to close the Strait of Hormuz during wartime to enforce regulations and maintain control over its sovereign territory.
