Israeli forces kidnapped two young Palestinian men and fired tear gas at children and civilians during separate raids across the West Bank.

The occupying regime’s forces attacked Palestinians in the West Bank on Sunday by firing tear gas toward an olive press and a vehicle in the town of Aqraba, southeast of Nablus. Children in the area suffered breathing difficulties.

Clashes also broke out between Palestinians and Israeli forces during a raid on Madama village, south of Nablus.

During raids in other parts of the West Bank, in al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, Israeli forces kidnapped two young men at a home.

In new footage released by activists, Israeli soldiers are forcing a young man to remove a Palestinian flag from a memorial at its entrance.

Israeli forces also raided Nabi Saleh and Deir Abu Mashal, northwest of Ramallah, and discharged stun grenades at people.

Near the east of occupied al-Quds, Israeli troops fired stun grenades and tear gas toward vehicles at a roundabout in the town of al-Ram. The attack happened amid the closure of the Jaba military checkpoint by Israeli forces, causing traffic congestion in the area.

Israeli forces and settlers have stepped up their violence against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank. In a recent event, settlers attacked farmers in the West Bank and set fire to their land and properties.

Earlier this week, during an Israeli settler attack on the West Bank, civilians and journalists were injured. A Washington Post photographer was beaten by masked settlers and later rescued by her co-workers.

A Palestinian was also killed during an airstrike on a civilian gathering on Saturday in Gaza, leaving several others wounded.

Since the start of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the West Bank has also witnessed intensified raids by Israeli troops and settlers, who murder, kidnap, and harass the Palestinian people across the occupied territory.
